Orders are processed within 24 hours of purchase. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and is ready for shipment.
Delivery Time:
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Typically, delivery takes between 3 to 7 business days within India. During peak periods or due to unforeseen circumstances, delivery may take longer.
Shipping Rates:
Shipping rates are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of your package. The exact shipping costs will be displayed during the checkout process, allowing you to review them before completing your purchase.
Order Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track the status of your order directly on the shipping carrier’s website.
Shipping Address:
Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and complete. IAIAM is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
Delivery Acceptance:
It is your responsibility to be available to accept the delivery of your package. If a package is returned to us due to unsuccessful delivery attempts, you will be responsible for any additional shipping costs incurred for reshipping the package.
Shipping Damage:
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at iaiam.help@gmail.com. Include photos of the damaged package and items. We will work with you to resolve the issue, offering a replacement or refund as necessary.
International Shipping:
At this time, we only offer shipping within India. We are working towards expanding our delivery options to include international destinations in the near future.
