Refund Eligibility:
To be eligible for a refund, the course materials and aeromodels must be returned in their original, unused condition. The items should remain unopened and in their original packaging. Any course materials or aeromodels that have been assembled, used, or damaged by the user are not eligible for a refund.
Refund Window:
Requests for refunds must be made within 14 days of receiving your course materials. After 14 days, we are unable to process any refund requests.
Refund Process:
To initiate a refund, please contact our customer support team at iaiam.help@gmail.com. Provide your order number, reason for the refund request, and any other relevant information. Our team will guide you through the process of returning the items.
Refund Approval and Processing:
Once the returned items are received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed, and the credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. The refund amount will be the purchase price of the course, excluding any shipping fees.
Non-Refundable Items:
- Digital course content once accessed or downloaded.
- Customized aeromodel kits that were specifically assembled based on your preferences.
- Courses marked as final sale or promotional offers.
Return Shipping Costs:
The cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part, such as receiving a defective or incorrect item. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.
International Refunds:
At this time, we do not accept returns or provide refunds for international orders.
Exchange Policy:
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the refund process and place a new order for the desired product.
